Our children bring us much joy and love. They also erode the edges of our sanity with their antics \u2013 climbing, jumping, shoving in ALL of the food, etc.! In our charge as parents we are tasked with the love and care of our children. Providing a safe environment is challenging at all ages. We can arm ourselves with some essential first aid training for responding to all the bumps and bruises of childhood distributing Band-Aids and kisses. But what about those may-never-in-a-million-years-<wbr \/>happen incidents? Are you ready to respond to an accident that results in a person\u2019s breath\u00a0stopping?<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s learn to do that together<em><strong>\u00a0June 5th,\u00a07-9 pm<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0at our monthly meeting at the Cross of Christ Lutheran Church (12099 Lowell Blvd, Broomfield). CPR stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is a lifesaving procedure that is done when a person\u2019s breathing or heartbeat has stopped. This may happen after drowning, suffocation, choking, or an injury. CPR-Professional\u2019s will be bringing a non-certification course to our Club.
